The QiYi Valk 3 Elite Magnetic 3x3 is finally here! After being teased over a year ago, all of the fine-tuning is complete and the result was worth the wait.
New features
The Valk 3 Elite comes with three different magnet strength options that are changed by swapping the center caps. How simple! Three different spring options are included for you to find the perfect feel.
Green = weak setting
White = moderate setting
Red = strong setting
For the first time ever, the Valk 3 Elite utilizes four magnets within each edge piece (2 is standard) which allows for a unique magnetic feel when changing the magnetic center caps. If you use the white or red magnetic center caps, you will have a total of 96 magnets for a "twin positioning system" exclusive to QiYi.

Policy
We make returns easy. If you aren't completely happy with any of your items, we will gladly accept it for return within 90 days of delivery.
When conducting a return, please ensure that all original packaging is included and still intact. If the returned product is received in lesser condition than "like new", it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you would like to modify or cancel your order please contact support immediately. We will make every attempt to modify or cancel your order but cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once your order has been placed.
Returns initiated within 30 days of delivery have the choice of a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange (exclusions may apply).
Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery have the choice of store credit or an exchange.
Customized products
Returns for customized products have the option of store credit or an exchange.
Cancellation requests for customized products such as premium speed cubes must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed to avoid a 20% cancellation fee.
Excessive wear (damaged stickers) or damaged packaging may result in a 20% restocking fee.
Apparel
Apparel is made to order and shipped from a partner facility. As a result, we do not accept returns on apparel due to the manufacturer's policy.
If your apparel is defective, please reach out to customer support.
Cancellations or modifications to apparel orders are not guaranteed.
Exclusions
Popped puzzles (Pieces dislodged, no broken pieces) are not returnable. If your puzzle popped, you can contact customer support for help re-assembling the puzzle or we can re-assemble the puzzle for you (exclusions may apply).
Custom services and product customizations are not eligible for refunds.
Wholesale orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Mystery Items
All sales final. No returns are accepted for mystery items.
If your mystery item is damaged or defective, please reach out to customer support.
Warranty claim
If you opted for our extended warranty or it is included with your purchase, please reach out to customer support to initiate a claim.
Your email should contain your order number and a brief description of the nature of the claim and fall under one of the following categories: Lubrication, Tensioning, Lubrication & Tensioning, Stickers, PVC Coating, or Pieces or Hardware.
