Everyone I have handed this cube agrees that it spins better than my Rubik's brand cubes.
This cube turns extremely well and has great speed but also great control already out of the box, and it was in my price range as a intermediate cuber who is not wanting to spend a bunch of money on cubes, great cube speedcubeshop
Out of the box, it turns well, but it's sandy, but that can be fixed if you lube it. If you take 5x5 seriously and are on a budget, I recommend this, but if you have more money, go for a better cube. If you are tight on money but want a 5x5, this one is for you!
This 5x5 is my only 5x5 but out of the box it will pop a lot
I wasn't even turning that fast but it exploded 30 minutes after I got it.
Popping happens when a cube is not tight enough or lubricated well enough. We can send you an assembly tutorial or re-assemble the cube for you if you contact our support :)
